Investigate the special agents Josh Duggar wasted no time arresting the reality star after receiving an arrest warrant from the court.

radar received the arrest warrant filed by prosecutors before Duggar was taken into custody for child pornography. The former 19 Kids And Counting star has reportedly viewed material showing that children under the age of 12 are sexually abused.

According to prosecutors, Duggar was in possession of the material in May 2019. If convicted, he could be sentenced to up to 20 years in prison. In court, the judge said that if Duggar is to be released on bail, he must live in a house without “minors”.

The warrant filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas was signed by the Homeland Security Investigator’s special agent Howard Aycock.

The warrant was dated April 28, the day before Duggar was arrested in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The two offenses listed in the document include a number of receipt of child pornography and a number of possession of child pornography.

In his indictment, prosecutors accuse Duggar of “knowingly” receiving child pornography. They also want him to flip over any computers he stored the alleged material on when he is convicted.

As Radar first reported, the former TLC reality star is locked in an Arkansas prison until May 5th.

Last week, 33-year-old Duggar was charged by two federal charges of obtaining and owning child pornography. He is held behind bars until his May 5th hearing.

Days before his arrest, Duggar was photographed smiling with his wife Anna reveal party to their gender. Party guests included Duggar’s sisters Jinger, Jessa, Abbie, and Joy. All of the sisters brought their babies to the party with Duggar.

Duggar’s cousin, John Studdardspoke exclusively to Radar about the situation. He said, “It’s tragic, it’s terrible, it’s sad.”

“And I feel for his immediate family because I know that I can’t imagine his mother and father and his siblings as well [his wife] Anna are there. It is sad. I really hope that the best will come out for them and their children. “
