ADOLESCENT mom Jenelle Evans reunited with son Jace after seeking emergency custody after claiming her son “started fire” in the care of her mother Babara.

Jenelle, 29, sought sole custody of her 11-year-old son Jace and asked the court to grant her emergency custody on Jan. 28, 2021, The Sun previously reported.

Barbara currently has primary physical and legal custody of Jace as Jenelle visits him every other weekend after signing custody of her son with her mother in June 2010.

On Saturday, Jenelle posted a boomerang with Jace in her car as the two held up the peace sign.

Although Jenelle is currently out with her mother, she has continued her weekend visit to Jace as she had him at Easter last weekend.

In the custody file filed by The Sun, Jenelle alleged that there had been “a material change in circumstances affecting the welfare of the minor child” that warranted a change to the custody agreement.

The former 2-star Teen Mom star claimed that Jace was “at risk of physical harm” in the care of his grandmother, which is why she is seeking emergency custody.

Jenelle claimed Jace had “progressively worse behavior problems that result in him being physically aggressive, out of control, and insecure”.

The YouTuber claimed that Barbara told her that she “couldn’t control the underage child’s behavior.”

Barbara was instructed “multiple times” by his health care provider to call a crisis hotline or go to the emergency room when Jace’s “aggression escalated,” Jenelle claimed in the file.

Jenelle noticed an alleged incident on December 19, 2020 in which Jace and Barbara “argued all day”.

The court records state: “The underage child was physically assaulted [Barbara] cause injuries twice [Barbara.] The little child also burned the carpet because he was angry [Barbara].

“The underage child has had fires in the home of [Barbara]. ”

Jenelle alleged that her mother “did not contact the crisis line or seek treatment or professional help for the underage child during this incident.”

The owner of JE Cosmetics claimed that Barbara asked Jenelle for help with Jace.

Jenelle claimed she picked up Jace on December 20, 2020, mainly with the consent of Barbara.

Jenelle, who is also the mother of Kaiser, 6, with ex-fiancés Nathan Griffith and Ensley, 4, along with husband David Eason, said Jace’s behavior “is improving significantly” in her care and that they “are not fighting or fighting Aggressions”.

She said her son stayed with her until January 18, 2021, when Barbara allegedly resigned from her new custody contract so Jace could live with her full time and requested that he be returned to her home.

The submission went on: “[Barbara] cannot manage the minor child’s behavior without help from [Jenelle] and the conflict in [Barbara’s home] has led to domestic violence between [Barbara] and [Jace].

“It is not safe or healthy for the minor child to remain in the care of [Barbara] how [Barbara] does not properly treat the minor child’s mental health or manage their behavior. “

Jenelle said she was “fit and right” to have sole legal and physical custody of Jace, while Barbara was “not fit and right to have the care, custody and control of Jace” [Jace] due to their inability to properly care for the child and ensure that they have a safe home environment. ”

She requested a visit between Barbara and Jace, “to be therapeutic in nature until they are able to adequately manage the conflict in their relationship”.

Jenelle asked the court to issue an emergency detention order so that Jace can be taken into her custody “immediately”.

Barbara responded by asking the Columbus County’s Department of Social Services to provide her attorney with documents, including medical records and psychological assessments, for review.

A trial, scheduled for earlier this month, resumed at a later date.

Jenelle also revealed that her son Kaiser also had behavioral issues.

The 29-year-old mother said, “Kaiser had a tough time at school in North Carolina. He was in his first school and got kicked out.

“In second school he was basically kicked out, refused to behave. And when we got to Tennessee, he went back to school.

“Luckily he was picked up on the bus and taken to school. I just had to take him to the apartment complex but he was bad on the bus and when he got to school he was bad in school and things weren’t if they were that good run, call me every other day to pick him up. “

Jenelle then revealed that because of Kaiser’s behavior, it was also difficult for her to be parents with his biological father.
