Kelly Clarkson re-lists Encino house amid custody battle

Kelly Clarkson completely lets go of her past by re-listing the last house she shared with ex Brandon Blackstock for $ 9 million – a million dollars less than her original price.

The Encino house was listed for $ 10 million back in May 2020 – a month before Clarkson, 38, filed for divorce after seven years of marriage. She first bought the house in June 2018 for $ 8.5 million after getting a spot as a judge on the vocal show “The Voice”.

The modern rustic home is nearly 10,000 square feet with eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The master suite consists of tall beams, a fireplace, a private terrace, living area and a huge walk-in closet.

The home was custom built in the upscale Royal Oaks neighborhood and features high ceilings and sliding glass walls. Amenities also include a home theater, exercise facility and wine room.

The property also has a two story guest house with a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.

The outdoor area is on park-like grounds with palm trees surrounding the closed area. It includes a sparkling pool, spa, built-in lounge, fire pit, and full kitchen with a pizza oven.

Clarkson cut the price of her Tennessee home by more than half a million dollars on Jan. 6.

In late November, Clarkson and Blackstock won custody of their children – River Rose, 6, and Remington, 4. A judge in Los Angeles agreed to the current custody agreement during the divorce, saying the couple had “difficulty becoming parents” due to trust issues between them.

In October, Clarkson alleged that Blackstock, 44, had acted fraudulently as a manager. But Blackstock has denied cheating on his estranged wife by millions.

In December, Starstruck Management Group’s attorney Bryan Freedman responded on page 6: “The work petition conveniently ignores the fact that Kelly had her own [reps at] CAA licensed talent agency at any time. While Starstruck Management Group provided Talent Management Services on their behalf, CAA was their records agency at all times. “
