The Arkansas AMBER alert for a child missing in Little Rock was inactivated late Monday night. Three-year-old Delilah Collier was located by Little Rock officials shortly after 11 p.m.

The authorities also arrested two suspects who were alleged to have been involved in the incident. Little Rock’s 22-year-old Dominique Phillips, 19-year-old Curtis Marshall, was also wanted in connection with a previous shooting, according to the Little Rock Police Department.
