A GUARANTEE was issued to a Weymouth man who failed to appear in court for unpaid child support.

Adam Flippence of Church Street did not appear before Weymouth Magistrates Court.

If the judges find a defendant guilty of willful failure to pay or culpable failure to pay child benefit, that person can sit in jail for up to 90 days for any order owed.

Flippence is reported to owe £ 1,351.64 in unpaid child support.

A bail warrant was issued against him after he failed to attend court.
