Police are looking for five teenagers who escaped from custody between Friday evening and Saturday morning at a Child Support Center (CSC) operated by the Children’s Authority in northern Trinidad.

Investigators said an official from the center contacted them around 11:45 a.m. on Saturday to say he noticed that the five boys were missing after checking.

St. Joseph police went into the area and saw CCTV footage of the boys being led through burglar-resistant poles in a room on the west side of the building.

The boys, 15 and 16, come from Diego Martin, St. James, Laventille, Curepe and Siparia.
