Amber Portwood, the star of TEEN Mom OG, requests an overnight visit with her son James, 2, while her vicious custody war with baby daddy Andrew Glennon continues.

Andrew, 36, has primary custody of her son, while Amber, 30, has three unsupervised visits a week with the toddler.

In court files obtained solely from The Sun, the Teen Mom OG star filed a request to change parental leave, claiming there had been a “change in circumstances” that “warranted” a change to her custody agreement.

She claimed that according to the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, parental leave is increased by overnight stays when the child turns 3.

The court records state: “The guidelines assume that overnight parental leave can start as early as 28 months, but automatically increases to overnight stays when the child turns three.”

She claimed it was in the “best interests” of James, who will turn three in May, that “the current parental leave be changed to include overnight parental leave”.

Amber is therefore asking “this court to issue an order to clarify parental leave and apply the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines in relation to the child’s increased age or, if necessary, to amend the agreement to allow for age-appropriate parental leave.”

Andrew sought and obtained custody of James after Amber was arrested in July 2019 for domestic violence against the cameraman.

The Sun previously reported on Bernstein’s allegation that Andrew broke her custody agreement and refused to see her son on court records over Christmas week when she asked the court to issue an injunction to prevent him from interfering with her parental leave .

Amber claimed in court records that Andrew had joined Our Family Wizard that he would be traveling for Christmas from December 22-27.

According to the court’s motion dated December 23, 2020, Amber James should have the same hours on Christmas Day from noon to 9 p.m. and the second half of the Christmas break.

In the documents it says: “[Andrew] has violated the order of this court to initiate the services of the parental leave coordinator, and [Andrew] tries to deny again [Amber] Parental leave during the Christmas holidays, which is against the order of this court. “

She alleged in court documents that he also denied her parental leave on October 31, 2019 and December 24, 2019, although that request was denied at the time.

Amber urged Andrew to be “despised in court,” which could result in jail time or a fine for failing to obey the court’s custody decision.

Andrew defended their claims by filing a series of claims against Bernstein’s motion.

In a lawsuit, Andrew provided a calendar for October, November and December 2020.

In October, Amber allegedly asked, according to calendars, to postpone visiting James three times because of “bad weather,” twice because she felt sick and once because her dog felt sick.

In December, Amber reportedly canceled three times because of “bad weather”, once because she felt sick and once because she had an inconsistent appointment.

The tour was also allegedly postponed because of a miscommunication with the schedule and bad weather, court documents allege.

A source close to Amber exclusively told The Sun that she was “really hurt” about the time she lost with her youngest child.
