CADILLAC – A 42-year-old South Boardman woman has been tried in Wexford County’s 84th District Court for alleging she was not paying child support.

Erin Elizabeth Hulwick aka Erin E. Belz, Erin E. Martinson, or Erin E. Sarinopoulos has been charged with failing to pay child support for their association with an incident on or between March 1, 2015 and May 31, 2015, in Cadillac .

If convicted, Hulwick could face up to four years in prison and / or a $ 2,000 fine. The outstanding arrears as of February 17 were $ 5,889.07.

The charge is just an accusation and not proof of guilt. Hulwick is considered innocent unless proven guilty. The public prosecutor’s office has to prove the guilt beyond any doubt.

The court issued a cash or bond guarantee for $ 10,000, and a conference on the probable causes was scheduled for August 31st.
