Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna put their chaotic custody battle over their daughter Dream to rest.

Kardashian (33) and Chyna (32) first made a paternity agreement in October 2017, which ultimately no party followed. The former couple has since struck a new “no judicial intervention” agreement, filed on December 8th. This is evident from the legal documents reviewed by Us Weekly.

The terms they agreed upon included sharing custody of their 4-year-old daughter through an alternating weekly schedule. They also agreed to share the same time over public holidays and vacations.

“From December 2, 2020 and in alternating weeks thereafter, respondent [Kardashian] is to take the underage child into custody from Wednesday at 10:00 am to Saturday at 10:00 am, “the file says. “Applicant [Chyna] has custody of the underage child from Saturday at 10:00 a.m. to Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. from December 5, 2020 and alternately weeks thereafter. “

For much of their negotiations, the former Rob & Chyna customers agreed that it is forbidden for any of them “to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances” while under their care. The deal comes after Kardashian previously accused Chyna of substance abuse while caring for her little one, which led him to request regular alcohol and drug tests for his ex-fiancée before visiting her with her boy . The Real Blac Chyna star denied the allegations. In return, she asked a nanny to be there when the star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians is on Dream.

All additional petitions the exes filed against each other have now been dropped, including Chyna’s petition to Kardashian for a mental health exam. Her court appearance, previously scheduled for this month, was also dismissed.

In early 2020, Arthur George’s designer filed an emergency filing for sole custody of Dream, which was ultimately denied.

Kardashian and Chyna first announced their romance in January 2016. Seven months after they got engaged in April 2016, they welcomed their only daughter. The exes broke off their engagement in November.

Chyna raved about her collaborative relationships with Kardashian and Tyga, with whom she shares her 8 year old son, King Cairo.
