Rob Kardashian and ex-fiancée Blac Chyna attain new custody settlement over daughter Dream

Rob Kardashian has finally struck a new custody agreement with ex-fiancé Blac Chyna over their four-year-old daughter Dream.

The couple, who began an unhappy romance in 2016 before their bitter split the following year, have been embroiled in a bitter custody battle for over a year.

Their new arrangement states that the former couple will share custody of Dream over an alternating weekly schedule.

Rob and Chyna – real name Angela Renée White – will spend the same time with their daughter during the holidays, according to the paternity agreement filed in December.

The document states: “Beginning December 2, 2020 and for various weeks thereafter, respondent [Kardashian] has custody of the underage child from Wednesday at 10 a.m. to Saturday at 10 a.m. “

In addition, neither Rob, 33, nor Chyna, 32, should be under the influence of alcohol or other substances while caring for Dream, Us Weekly reports.

It comes when Rob accused his former flame of negligent parenting and substance abuse in an emergency filing last year.

Chyna had denied the allegations at the time.

In it he demanded that he take custody of the little girl, with Chyna only having her daughter for weekend visits accompanied by a nanny, and that she should undergo drug and alcohol tests before each visit.

Rob also slammed Chyna’s parenting efforts, accusing her of spending £ 450 a day on alcohol, abusing drugs, and not keeping Dream well presented.

He also claimed she brought Dream to his house with messy hair, dirty teeth, and dirty diapers.

Rob’s sister Khloe also corroborated her brother’s claims in a submitted statement in which she wrote that Dream would return from Chyna’s house “aggressively”.

Blac Chyna and Rob started their first relationship in January 2016.

They announced their shock engagement three months later, but separated a month after greeting Dream together in November of that year.
