Jana Kramer and her estranged husband Mike Caussin have custody of their children, and the country singer will have them most of the time now.

Citing new legal documents, TMZ said Jana would get 5-year-old Jolie and 2-year-old Jace 240 days a year, while Mike would get them 120 days a year. However, since Jana has a much larger monthly income than Mike, she will provide him with more than $ 3,200 in child support per month.

Although the former “One Tree Hill” actress is unable to support her spouses, she agreed to pay her ex-$ 592,400 under her property regime, court documents say.

Last month, Jana Kramer announced that she was done with their six-year marriage after discovering that Mike had apparently cheated again, something he had owned in the past.

On April 21, People magazine said the country singer filed for divorce because Mike “cheated on and broke her trust.”

“After fighting for marriage for so long, she came to terms with the realization that its patterns would never change,” the source said. “The focus is now on yours [two] Children. ”

When Jana spoke about the split on Instagram on April 21, she wrote: “It’s time.” As I try to understand a reality that I never wanted to believe could be possible again, these words have now become reality. I fought you all. I loved hard. I have forgiven. I said I gave all I have and now I have nothing more to give. ”

She continued, “Please know that I still believe in marriage, love and rebuilding with all my heart. I just can’t fight any longer. It is time to heal.”

In her petition for divorce, she cited “inappropriate marital behavior, irreconcilable differences and adultery” as the reason for ending her marriage.
