Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers are annoyed that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) has had a hard time lately. As the viewers know, Allie has recently learned that neither Salem nor the London authorities will pursue a case against Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) for her rape.

It was hard for Allie, and to top it off, she almost shot Tripp, but was held at gunpoint by Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) herself.

Now Allie really has no choice but to put herself in a semblance of life and move on.

Or will she? The Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest Allie will soon seek help from attorney Belle Black (Martha Madison), and that could mean Allie is considering pursuing Tripp through other means – perhaps to get Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley) Fox).

Although Allie really has no legal recourse against Tripp from a criminal perspective, it is possible that she has some authority over him for expenses related to the care of her son.

After all, Allie has received DNA test results allegedly showing that Tripp is a DNA match with Henry. So it would make sense that a family court could decide that Tripp should support Henry financially.

Since this would be a civil matter, Allie could take the case against Tripp forward, and if she won it would at least be some kind of confirmation of her rape suit.

From Allie’s point of view, it seems the best she can do about the courts is to get Tripp to be forced to take responsibility for his child. Of course, it wouldn’t be the same as a conviction against Tripp, but it could make Allie feel that somehow someone believed what she said.

And the fight could get interesting, as Tripp firmly believes that he never slept with Allie. However, there is a DNA test that has been done multiple times that sees Tripp as a father. Tripp would probably have a good chance of losing and being forced to pay child support for Henry.

Of course, a civil case against Tripp for child support payments might just be the impetus Tripp and his parents need to dig a little deeper into Allie’s account of what happened to her.

In the days to come, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will speak to Allie about her attack. So it looks like he’s aggressively investigating to find out what really happened to her.

At the moment, Steve and Tripp seem to believe that someone else must have attacked Allie shortly after Tripp left her in her London apartment.

That will likely be the tact they’ll use to defend the trip against Allie’s claim to support Henry … although this theory will be difficult to sell unless they can find another attacker who Tripps shares DNA profile!

So we could see the courts decide that Henry is Tripps and that he must continuously support his son. Do you think Allie will come to Tripp to support Henry?
