THREE Oldham fathers were ordered to spit thousands of pounds of unpaid child support.

The orders were made by the Tameside Magistrates’ Court under the Child Support Act 1991.

The judges filed requests from the Child Maintenance Service for payment of £ 19,934.92 from Glen Robert Furnival, 43, Whitegate Road, Chadderton for the period May 5, 2017 to August 23, 2020.

Gareth Lee Martin, 41, of Lovers Lane, Grasscroft, was sentenced to pay £ 8,595.35 for the period January 19, 2018 to September 2, 2020.

Martin Francis Matthews, 31, of Buckinghamshire Park Close, Oldham, is due to pay £ 4,359.28 for the period January 2, 2018 to March 9, 2020.
